Great, timely service from Chris and the gang at the New Lenox Enterprise Car Rental. They are all very professional, pleasant and trustworthy, too. I recently left a pair of expensive sunglasses in my rental. When I came back two days later in search of them, I saw them waiting for me on the back counter of the Enterprise office. A quick toss and a "here they are" from Chris and I was on my way!. Little things make a difference! Thanks! Chris B.
Everyone at this location is very friendly and efficient. I registered online and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I had some questions with my billing and the site manager was able to answer and take care of my questions with no issue. I would rent from this location again if I ever needed a car in a pinch!
