I used to get my car washed here at least once a week. I will never spend a dime here again. The last time I was here the brushes completely twisted up my rear windshield wiper. And the brushes scratched up a large portion of my rear hatch. I immediately informed management and they took photos and wrote down my information. He assured me that I would receive a call from the owner on Monday (this was on Sunday). Never got a call and waited till Wednesday until I called back. The manager that picked up was completely rude and didn't care that their automatic wash was ruining people's cars and that they weren't liable. And just basically told me there is nothing they can do. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Wash your vehicle by hand. Unless you want damage to your vehicle.
I mean you can't beat a $3 car wash...especially in the winter. it helps out a lot. But it can be hard to make a left out on to rt30 but not all the time. I wish it could have a better location though. And make sure you have nice dollar bills. The machine likes to spit mine out.....a lot....
I went for the quick car wash for my SUV and after entering, the attendant left and as I proceeded through no water came out and the brushes weren't rolling. After the car in front of me exited the rollers stopped rolling and so did my truck causing me to be stuck in wash. I put my car into drive and slowly proceeded forward to get out of the wash and went into speak to someone about the issue. I spoke with the owner of the business about it and he wasn't apologetic at all about the issue. He brought me over to the pay booth again and put me thru the wash again. If I were the business owner and this occurred I would be very apologetic and be offering a better wash to the customer that this happened to. I am happy this did not scratch my pricey SUV or I would be even madder about the experience than I am. I will not be going back to this wash again, as I feel the customer service was lacking. I was frequenting this wash at least once a week too. I don't recommend and will be going elsewhere from now on personally.
