As a 14-year old kid, I didn't know any better. Now I know better, and realized this was highly illegal. I never forgot about this incident, and never stepped foot into a GameStop since.
These guys were so informative and incredibly helpful. We were not only impressed with their level of knowledge but their friendly disposition and willingness to help us. We will continue shopping at this GameStop. Thank you guys.

About 10 years ago, I went in to get a price quote on my PSP. The guy scanned it and gave me money for it (way less than we being offered on eBay at the time). I said I just wanted a quote and I wasn't going to take what he offered me. He told me I couldn't get it back, it was already in their system, and I would have to buy it back.
Love this place! Employees have a vast knowledge of gaming. They will take the time to help you make a selection or answer questions.
I used to love this location. Keywords being used to. Rudy and Jimmy were the best managers that the store has had. The employees in the past two years have been less than desirable to deal with. It's unfortunate because we used to have such a great experience and have actual fun coming in to buy games and talking to the staff that worked From 2012 to around 2015. It's just not the same and The staff today did not want to help any of the customers. I've had it with this location it's ridiculous. GameStop shafted their best managers I hope they lose a lot of business because of us I hope they have lost a lot of business because of this because it's just terrible going in now. It says something when you would rather go to Orland Park then go into your local game stop.
