Shame too, as they're right down the street from me. Had they conducted themselves better in this instance they would've earned themselves a life-long customer with disposable income who loves to buy jewelry for his soon-to-be wife.
Sales person was rude, dismissive, and put the only blemish on my otherwise amazing engagement experience. I later called back to speak with the manager (or possibly owner?) and she was just as condescending and rude as the person at the counter.
