I mean, you'll get your truck or whatever you need pretty fine, but 2 of the 3 phone numbers didn't work and don't expect any sort of customer service. It's kind of like borrowing a truck from your weird, slightly aggressive Uncle. Don't expect much and you'll be fine.
We originally scheduled a reservation for pick-up for a truck in Madison, Wisconsin, but we needed to change the date. After I called to have it changed, the new reservation was accidentally made for pick-up at this location. The employee there on Sundays was extremely helpful in resolving the issue, even giving me few tips to help lower my costs! Overall, great customer service and very helpful.
Have been renting U-Hauls regularly and weekly for quite some time at this location and many others. Tedd decided he no longer likes my truck even after I had just returned a U-Haul he rented on multiple occasions. Very unprofessional profanity as if it was just acceptable conversation language. Tedds Should not be a U-Haul dealer let alone customer service representative and has yet to refund charges incurred on the same trailer that he rented and then wouldn't let go. The same trailer I might add that I have rented 20 or 30 times this year. I would strongly recommend going to Mokena U-Haul and working with Barb for much friendlier service, more professional conduct and people who rightly represent the U-Haul industry
Came to have car alarm fixed. Tedd provided quick professional service. He quickly wires up the new car alarm and programmed the remote starter system within 20 minutes. Tedd was very nice and entertaining to talk to, took care of all my needs and showed me how he was fixing the car alarm. Waited in the nice waiting room after checking out his cool car that he is working on. Highly recommended, Tedd absolutely knows what he is doing and provides fast professional service. Tedd also rents out trucks and U-hauls.
