A tradition for quality and upscale standards of eating make sure you stop by and eat a hot dog or some Chicago beef sandwiches that are out of this world . The onion rings are fresh and delicious and I honestly don't think you can order anything that's not good there . Also while your there make sure you grab on of there famous rootbeers . You'll thnak me.later . Enjoy
Always good Italian beef and sausage. Nice atmosphere. You don't feel rushed
Had a good time with my family. Good and service was good. Only issue was an elderly couple that chose to sit in the row of tables we had put together for the family. On top of doing that the woman was making bothered faces because KIDS were having a good time . First mistake was her choosing to sit dead smack in the middle of where we were all going to sit, it was obvious that we had a big family and we had put all the tables together for us, second mistake was her reacting the way she did when our group had 90% kids. We were not anything special and we were not making noise in excess of what was already in the dining area with other families conversating. To me it seemed like she was a bit rascist by the overall experience. Aside from the ignorant couple the place was great.
My "combo" sandwich consisted of a small piece of sausage with a few tiny scraps of beef sprinkled on it. And my "large" fry contained a total of perhaps 10 actual fries. To top it off this feast took over 30 minutes to prepare. I am now a loyal Buona Beef customer.
The food is a bit pricey for the quality you get but it's still good. It can get extremely crowded during rush hour. The staff is generally friendly
