They deliver to my place one week then say they can't the next.
Horrible customer service. Gave me the run around. Employee said he was the manager when he wasn't.
I love the sandwiches but it's stupid that after over 10 years of opening they won't deliver to all of new lenox. It really sucks for people who don't have transportation or are otherwise unable to go into the physical store. It really just leaves a bad taste in my mouth so I won't be buying from this store. If the time is such an issue for deliveries which they aren't as fast as they advertise. Then Just hire two drivers for each side of town. Surely after as long as they have been in business in this town they should be able to do this. It's a real shame and they are losing a lot of business i'm sure.
