This location is horrible. They burned my pizza and asked me to come back. They offered me a free small pizza but when i returned i was told the manager denied it. Then another customer had to come back for the same reason. The employees were goofing off in the back and seemed to have no clue what was going on with their orders. I recommend going anywhere else but the New Lenox Rosatis.
Delivery was very quick, outstanding service! Got a XL pizza/ Alfredo sauce instead of red... so yummy
Pizza was kinda on the older side slice was too big for the box kept opening in transit everything else is fantastic except their pizza by the slice
Bad service pizza hut taste better
We were picking up catering from here, and my brother dropped half of the tray of chicken on the ground. They came out, helped clean it up, and cooked up about 20 new pieces on the spot. Their lasagna was amazing. Their beef was fantastic as well.
